- Target-oriented training by competence matrix: Keller introduced the method of a competence matrix to encourage career development and offer attractive perspectives for career development. The relevant competences for a specific position are determined and compared with the employee holding this position. Herefrom results a potential training needs which can be covered target-oriented. Moreover pays the company further qualification measures, the employees requires to attend on it's own interest.
- Health promotion: Besides various fitness programmes offered by the company and height-adjustable desks also orgnises Keller Lufttechnik a Health Day every two years on which employees are able to carry out a health check. Lectures and workshops concerning nutrition, stress management and relaxation are offered. The company recently entered into a contrat with a fitness center in which employees can exercise and attend fitness courses at a very favorable price.
- Healthy activities foster a sense of community: Under the heading of "KL goes ..." a variety of activities are organized regularly, such as after-work cycling tours, nordic walking, as well as soccer and table-tennis tournaments.
